Terms of Service

By using txpay.app (“Tx.app,” “the Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Tx.app is a non-custodial cross-chain cryptocurrency payment links platform. You can create shareable links specifying a recipient, token, amount, and chain. Anyone with the link can pay using their own wallet.

At no point does the Service take custody of, control, or intermediate any funds. All payments are executed directly between wallets on public blockchains.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate information — wallet addresses and link parameters must be correct. We cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.
  • Legal compliance — you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including tax obligations and sanctions.
  • Account security — keep your wallet, email, and credentials secure.
  • No abuse — do not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.

4. No Custody

We never hold, custody, or control your funds. We never access your private keys. All transactions are on-chain and irreversible. We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction. We are not a financial institution, exchange, or custodial wallet.

You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Fees

Cross-chain transactions (swaps/bridges) via Li.Fi may include an integrator fee:

  • Under $1,000: 0.30% (30 bps)
  • $1,000 – $10,000: 0.15% (15 bps)
  • Over $10,000: 0.05% (5 bps)

Same-chain, same-token direct transfers have no fee from Tx.app (standard gas fees apply). Fee tiers may change and will apply to new transactions only.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Li.Fi, Alchemy, WalletConnect, and others (see Privacy Policy). These have their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of funds due to incorrect addresses, network failures, or smart contract bugs
  • Price slippage or unfavorable exchange rates
  • Service downtime or unavailability
  • Unauthorized access to your wallet or account

Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Tx.app source code, branding, and design are the property of Maximo Correa. You retain all rights to your own data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Request account deletion at privacy@txpay.app. We may suspend access for Terms violations. Existing blockchain transactions are irreversible regardless.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

11. Changes

Material changes will be communicated with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
